I had surgery with Director Kim Woo-jung at ㄹㅈ 10 years ago, and I went for a revision surgery consultation because of the ㅇㄹㄱ issue. Until I received a diagnosis of suspected rupture, I had been living very satisfied with it, so of course I went thinking I should have the revision surgery with the same director. However, I heard that Allergan implants often have problems arising in the capsule, so it would be good to remove the capsule cleanly as well. But I have doubts about whether that can be done 100% through the transaxillary approach, so I’m visiting other hospitals for now too. Dr. Kim said about 70% capsule removal is possible through the transaxillary approach. For those having primary surgery, I recommend WooA!
