First of all, my breasts are neither big nor small. But when I see breasts that turned out well after surgery, the shape is so pretty that I felt envious, and I also had a desire for them to be bigger, even just for how clothes fit. So I was considering surgery, and while looking up information here and there, it seemed that there are many people who, even though their breasts aren't that small, get surgery like me because they want a prettier shape or because they envy upper-breast fullness and so on. So I thought I should go for a consultation, and luckily the timing worked out, so I went. At the consultation, the doctor said that in my case it would actually look more natural than on very skinny people and that my satisfaction would be high, and he seemed very confident. The consultant was also kind and gave a good consultation, and the doctor's consultation was fine too. When I said I was worried about scars at the incision site, they said they collaborate with dermatology and would provide scar care without a time limit, so I didn't need to worry about that part.
