As soon as I turned 20, I got nose surgery in Busan from my mom’s friend. My nose was unbelievably small and low, so the director said he didn’t know how to work with autologous costal cartilage and could only do it with ear cartilage. He said he could make it as pretty as possible using ear cartilage, but if I wanted it higher, I should go to Seoul. But absolutely no one could tell I had surgery, the silicone was also tilted to the right, and as time passed, I ultimately felt too much regret about the nasal tip, so this time I decided on revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage and had the surgery last week. Now that the splint is off, I really like it,,,, How does it look? I did a ton of online research (seriously) and went to 6 in-person consultations, but after consulting with Director Kim Gwirak at ㄹㅁㅌㄷ, I guess I just liked it so much that I canceled the places I had booked, didn’t look up any more reviews, and decided right away haha,,
