The doctor’s consultation was at a fairly standard level, and they answered my questions in detail in their own way. They also showed photos taken during surgeries of previous patients. However, the consultation with the manager made me wonder, “Is it okay to get it done here?” They seem to have worked together for a long time, but patient charts were lying around here and there and looked poorly managed, and they had patient photos, charts, etc. stored on their personal phone and showed them to me. Regardless of the director’s skill, if my information were managed like that when I had surgery here, I don’t think I’d like it. There was a lot of extra talk, and soy milk and vitamin C seem to be common.
