It’s one of the places very well known for restoration, so I had high expectations, and it was good that the director consulted with me while using a flashlight, but they didn’t actually give an answer about what exactly would happen and how. The problem was the consultant. Maybe because I didn’t put down a reservation deposit, she sent me away without even saying goodbye. She was a consultant with her hair pulled tightly back; I wonder if she’s still there now. Because of that person, I thought I didn’t want to have surgery here. The director looked at my case passionately, so it’s really a shame.
