It was my first eye surgery, and even when I had monolids before surgery, my eyes were refreshingly large! So I was living satisfied with them, but I wanted to become prettier(^^;;), so I decided to get double eyelid surgery. Of course, since I was already satisfied with my eyes, my biggest worry was, what if the surgery ruins them instead? People around me also said a lot of worried things like, what if double eyelid surgery goes wrong.
The result turned out very natural and safe, and thanks to doing a lot of online and in-person research, I chose a director who pursues naturalness and had the surgery. There were so many bad things said about incisional double eyelids, almost at the level of urban legends;; so I was worried, but in the end, I don’t know what big difference there is from the buried-suture method (when I close my eyes, the line doesn’t show), it’s natural, and the surgical area is soft too. (I think this may vary a lot by person)
One thing I regret is that because it was my first surgery, I was so scared and made such a fuss;; insisting that it be natural no. matter. what. Now it has almost become an in-line crease. I’m thinking of getting a revision to raise the line height haha Still, since it was my first surgery, I think this is a better situation than having it done excessively. That’s all!
