Right after taking off the nasal splint, I thought maybe I should have made it a bit higher, but once the swelling from the very plump fat grafting went down, my nose looked a little higher, so I think the height is just right now Originally, I used to fill the hump area with filler, but surgery and filler really feel different. If you want definite improvement, surgery is the answer, and I think people who truly only need the nasal bridge raised a little should get filler I didn't want something pointy and flashy, and I thought that would really not suit me, so I'm relieved it's a moderate height Now, as long as it doesn't get lower from here and just becomes slimmer as the swelling goes down, I think it'll be perfect!!
