I had my first consultation at Unimedi, and they were very kind and thorough during the consultation, firmly told me right away that anything risky could not be done, and really pursued a natural look, so that actually reassured me. You can probably tell from the photos, but the nostrils that used to show from the front are gone. The part actually changed through alar reduction was only 1-2 mm, but my impression changed completely, so I’m very satisfied. I’m most satisfied when taking photos. It looks so natural that honestly I don’t even remember what my old nose looked like.
