The director mentioned the asymmetry first as soon as he saw me, so I was surprised, and when I asked whether it could be corrected well, he confidently said that with surgery, it would improve much more than before, so I trusted him and had the surgery.. Honestly, I also knew my nose was a bit of a difficult case, so I went in without expecting too much, but I was moved that he said that.. lol For the material, they said the septum inside my nose was very deviated, so I needed donated costal cartilage, so I had surgery with donated costal cartilage. Before surgery, I emphasized to the director that I absolutely hated the look of a long nose and asked for it to look natural, and it really seems to have come out naturally.. And my nasal asymmetry was corrected better than I expected, so I’m really satisfied.. After surgery, as my nose became higher, it seems to have a bit of a facial contouring-like effect (Actually, it’s not like I didn’t aim for that with rhinoplasty lolololol) I think the director designed it well with a harmonious feel that fits my face Even thinking about it again, finding this hospital was my best move..
