I had severe ptosis, so I decided to have surgery. At the time, both the consultant and the director recommended an incisional method, but they said the buried suture method was also possible, so I chose the buried suture method. (Because, due to my situation, I couldn't have severe swelling.) I was satisfied with the line, and unless I told people first, no one could tell I had double eyelid surgery. It's been fairly okay, but these days the skin above my eyes has started sagging, making my eyes look sleepy, so I'm considering revision surgery with an incisional method haha
