Since it was revision surgery, I went in already thinking about autologous costal cartilage. They asked what parts of my nose I was currently dissatisfied with, and explained how much improvement would be possible with revision surgery according to those parts.
They said to replace the silicone on the nasal bridge and use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Since my nose already has visible cartilage showing through, they said that if there is a possibility of cartilage show-through during surgery, they would add dermis to prevent the show-through.
They answered all the questions I asked in detail, and it seems like a decent place to go for a nose consultation.
