The process went as follows: CT scan - consultation with the manager - consultation with the director - price guidance and Q&A with the manager. The director was kind and carefully explained the current condition of my nose well, and suggested a safe surgical direction. They examined me thoroughly not only with the CT but also by palpation, and answered my questions well. The manager did not pressure me to make a reservation and gave the price information plainly.
