I originally had a severe hump, and my nose was long and droopy, like Squidward's... nose ㅠㅠ Because it was a hooked nose, my nasal bridge wasn't that low, so I placed silicone low at 2 mm, and used septal cartilage and ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip!
It was my first surgery, and even before surgery I tended to prefer a natural look rather than anything excessive, so I went with a straight-to-slightly-curved profile. I thought a slightly rounded tip looked prettier than a witch-like nasal tip, so I emphasized that part! It was hard to explain in words, so I brought screenshots from review photos, and it was comfortable because they understood the feeling wellㅎㅎ And since my nose definitely became shorter, I think it gives a more youthful effect? ㅠㅠ I definitely understood why people say a shorter midface makes you look younger.....
In the beginning after surgery, opening my mouth, smell from my nose, swelling, the scar at the nasal incision site, the area where the ear cartilage was taken, etc. I was so sensitive that there wasn't a single thing that didn't bother me... but time really is medicine, and everything got betterㅎㅎ Now there isn't really anything that bothers me, and I'm really satisfied that the shape has settled.
