My principle is that even if I do surgery in a smaller way, I absolutely won’t do it cheaply. I’m still going to do it, but somehow, hearing someone I consider top-tier in facial contouring say my jaw is pretty and that I really don’t need to do it left a deep impression after my long struggle with appearance-related obsessive concerns.
