First of all, I waited an unbelievable amount of time. It was a revision double eyelid surgery consultation, and I felt offended by the manager’s particular way of speaking, which seemed kind but was sharp and snappy. They took photos of my face with a phone camera, and after waiting more than another 30 minutes, I went to see the director. The director stormed out asking why the photos had been taken like that and spoke informally to the manager. Ah, anyway, after taking the photos again, he said with a lot of confidence that he would do everything I asked for. But when he was setting the line, I got scolded for repeatedly closing my eyes.. And lastly, I was supposed to see the manager before leaving, but suddenly some older woman got extremely angry and shouted that her daughter’s eyes were oozing and she could barely see, so why couldn’t she meet the director, and that she had waited more than 2 hours... Ah... I thought if I got it done here and it went wrong, there would be no answer... So I decided not to go!
