One-month review after arm liposuction

Hehehe before-before-before-after-after-after, it’s been so long since I came into this community, so I’m going to leave a review!! First, before surgery I was 164/54, so I was exactly at a healthy weight, but I especially had a lot of fat on my arms and armpits, so I chose surgery. I had the surgery in the first week of July, and you can see how it was right afterward if you look at my other post. I didn’t really have any major side effects or pain, and except for a little visible bio-bond right now, it doesn’t interfere with daily life. (You can see it in the photo where I’m raising my arm.) I wore the compression garment until week 3, then took it off because I felt like I was going to die from the heat. The arm thickness change you’re probably most curious about was: Based on the thickest part (almost where it meets the armpit) 28.5->24.5 Based on the thinnest part 25->21.5 That’s how it changed. Maybe because even the thin part slimmed down a lot, I don’t think the line can be called completely straight! Still, I’m very satisfied. Also, because I was worried I might gain weight again after liposuction, I only walked 10,000 steps a day and managed my diet too, and my weight dropped to 49 kg! If you’re curious about my diet or exercise, leave a comment. As you can see from the InBody, before surgery 54-> week 3 50, and now I’m 49 kg haha. I’m going to try to lose just 2 more kg.

As someone who was searching hard for information until a month ago, I tried to write a detailed review, so if there’s anything else you’re curious about, ask~ I’ll reply whenever I have time!! Thanks for reading☺️

+I originally wrote this in the community, but they said it should be in reviews, so I moved it here.
