Before/after Since I was young, I had wanted to get under-eye fat repositioning, and although the darkness under my eyes was also severe, I was especially very stressed about the bumpy, uneven shape. In my 20s, I tried under-eye filler too, but I did not see much effect. In my 30s, I finally had some time available, so I decided I should get surgery and went for consultations at 5 clinics! What I heard in common at all 5 places was that it would not necessarily improve dark circles, and they said that because of my skin tone, I might not see a major effect. Among the 5 doctors, 2 recommended fat grafting, and 2 doctors did not.
A major reason I decided on Objet was the price and the fact that it is a large clinic in Gangnam, but more than that, Director Jang Uk clearly explained fat repositioning and fat grafting during the consultation. While going around for consultations, there were doctors who said it seemed I would not need fat grafting, and doctors who said I absolutely had to do it. What I liked most was that Director Jang Uk said we could first try the repositioning, and later, if I wanted to address any insufficient areas, I could get fat grafting then! So I proceeded with only the repositioning surgery first :) I think the surgery was done cleanly, and the pain after surgery was not that bad either! I am attaching a swelling photo from day 4 after surgery and a photo from around 2 months. This was swelling on day 4, but actually, when I had swelling, my aegyo-sal also looked more pronounced, so there were parts I liked too! haha It was not a big problem to go outside, so I wore a hat and went around almost everywhere! haha From week 3, I had firmness under the eyes and bloodshot eyes, so I told the manager, and she immediately told me to come in. They removed the undissolved sutures right away, and I got better immediately! It has been 2 months now, and I am a little sad that the swelling in the aegyo-sal has gone down. haha Right now, I have no swelling at all and no major discomfort!
Of course, I do feel some regret because the under-eye area did not become completely better, but I do not think that is something that could be improved with repositioning surgery~ haha I am very satisfied with the areas that were operated on, and I am also very thankful to the manager who took such good care of the consultation and aftercare. When I compare the before-and-after photos, it improved so much that I am only grateful to the director.
