I had read that he was cynical but kind, and that seemed accurate; he answered my questions well. I want a completely natural look, but the reviews include both dramatic and natural results, so I was conflicted. However, I really did not want silicone, so after consulting four hospitals, I chose this one. They said I also needed functional rhinoplasty because I have a deviated septum, so I agreed, but after searching again, I found reviews saying it is better not to touch the septum, so I am undecided T_T
