There was no waiting time, and the consultation with the director lasted about 15 minutes. I asked about nasal bone osteotomy and alar reduction, but was told that my septum was very deviated, which might make breathing uncomfortable, and that my nose looked crooked. There is turbulent airflow on one side, so breathing is not completely comfortable, but it is not seriously bothersome. Until now, not even my family had ever said my nose was crooked, and I did not notice the asymmetry even in the mirror, so I did not even consider it a complex and took the consultation lightly. Throughout the consultation, the director kept mentioning asymmetry rather than nasal bone osteotomy and alar reduction, so I felt our goals differed. The cost was not as high as I expected, and I liked that the coordinator did not come into the consultation.
