I had surgery four years ago. The line has become lower, but it is still holding up well!! If I do not tell people, they think these are naturally my eyes. I recommend it to anyone who likes a natural look. Regarding recommendations such as an epicanthoplasty, they said I could do it if I wanted, or later, and there was no need to do it now. They were kind without pushing too much.. On the day of surgery, I was very conflicted about whether to proceed, but they told me I did not have to do it if I did not want to, and to think it over and let them know. They were extremely kind, and I am very satisfied with the result. I have no particular side effects. I did have ptosis correction, but it seems to have loosened again haha
