Eye Surgery Reviews

Orange review

Five years ago, when I was in high school, I went for my first eye surgery. Since I had monolids and a lot of fat around my eyes, all the other clinics recommended incisional double-eyelid surgery and ptosis correction. This clinic said that buried-suture double-eyelid surgery would be enough and that ptosis correction was unnecessary, so I went with them. They said they wouldn’t use general anesthesia, so I had local anesthesia, but it hurt so much that I kept tearing up… As for the result, my eyes were originally asymmetrical, and they just stayed asymmetrical. The epicanthoplasty was asymmetrical too—the right side was D-shaped… I’m currently looking into revision surgery, and although it’s still better than my original eyes, it did improve them somewhat.
