When I visited as one of the three major clinics for removal surgery, I had seen many posts saying that the doctor and coordinator were unfriendly. However, I did not feel that way. If you search around, you will see that they give rather vague answers and present options, saying either way could work. They answered every question sincerely, but I regret that I could not ask many questions during my first consultation. I liked the review photos, but I am still deliberating over various things, so I am satisfied with having received the consultation even though I did not get a definite answer. It may also help to look at the doctor’s blog before going.
