I went for a consultation without thinking much of it because it was mentioned often in under-eye fat repositioning posts. The hospital was bigger and flashier than I expected. I actually felt more reassured by its factory-like scale than by a one-doctor clinic. The consultant had a very glamorous “Gangnam unni” look, so I thought our aesthetic sensibilities might not match. The director was cynical, but I liked that aspect. There was absolutely no over-treatment. So I ended up consulting about double-eyelid surgery too, which I had not expected. The director looked very young and did not seem to have a particularly long career, but appeared extremely confident.
