I had non-incisional ptosis correction, but the entire crease came undone, so I underwent revision surgery. It felt awkward when the crease disappeared after having one, and when I tried using double-eyelid glue or tape again, I had lost the knack and the two sides became asymmetrical. I was also worried about sagging skin, so I decided to have revision surgery right away.
I had consulted at Siseon once before, but I gave up because I wanted a female doctor. However, I remembered that their revision reviews were very good and that the doctor had not pushed only her own opinion, so I went back for another consultation.
The doctor was still the same person, and this time she recommended incisional ptosis correction. She said that because my skin was thick, an incision was necessary to prevent it from coming undone. Canthoplasty was also an option, but I said I did not want it, and she did not pressure me..
I set the surgery date that day and had the surgery soon afterward, and now more than six months have passed. The crease is clearly holding well, and although it is incisional, it looks natural without any awkwardness, so I like it.
The crease itself may even be prettier than the previous one. This makes makeup easier and feels more worthwhile. I slightly regret not having done it here from the beginning.
