The surgeon gave me a thorough consultation for over 30 minutes. I had wanted to have it done here even before going for consultations, so I visited other places as well, then decided on this clinic and had surgery. Everything was good, but the coordinator did not seem knowledgeable…… Instead of answering my questions, she kept reciting what she had memorized, changing her story and seeming flustered. But she was not performing the surgery, so it did not really matter. It has been a month since surgery, but one side is still swollen in a firm band-like shape, making it look as if there is a step. Because appointments are difficult to get, I have not yet gone for a follow-up and am waiting to see how it progresses.
