I asked for thread lifting without making my cheekbones stand out

I decided to have thread lifting because I was obsessing over deep cheek fat (September 1, 2025). I consulted with the coordinator, who said it would work well and even lift the outer corners of my eyes, but... skipping ahead. Anyway, I lay on the treatment table, had numbing cream applied, and waited forever. The doctor came in and seemed to finish the procedure in not even three minutes. It hurt terribly, and what also made me angry was this: you know how they do the left and right sides? After doing the left, he grabbed my chin and abruptly turned my head as if handling an object. Then he abruptly left, saying it was over, and looked extremely busy. I was not satisfied with the result either. They said that inserting the threads starting from the temples would prevent the cheekbones from standing out, but even after the swelling went down, my cheekbones looked even plumper. Of course, I do have a lot of facial fat, but in a case like mine, the clinic should not have recommended thread lifting. It seemed as though they performed the exact same treatment on every client, without any design or anything. Is it a trend these days for clinics to let only coordinators consult, then have the doctor briefly come in, roughly perform the procedure, and leave? It also took forever for the swelling to go down. So I am not going back to a cheap-looking clinic like this. I realized how important it is to visit and compare clinics in person. T_T
