It has been 6 months since subfascial inframammary fold incision surgery. Aren't they originally supposed to expand the breast pocket when doing it....? If the breasts were asymmetrical to begin with, is there a limit to matching them even with surgery?? I thought they normally expand it a little more from the original breast shape. Are there areas where the breast pocket cannot be expanded even with surgery?? Looking at the photo, the lower part on the right side turned out like that. If I do fat grafting, could it be covered??? The very bottom is before surgery
