I applied for a consultation after getting a recommendation from a cafe. I proceeded while already knowing to some extent about the surgery I wanted to undergo. There was no wait. The clinic was clean. Compared with large clinics, both the consultant and the director were calm, and they seemed relaxed, so I felt comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure to make a reservation. The cost was the same as what I knew in advance. It seems to be a fixed-price system. The consultation went in the order of consultant-director-consultant.
