There was about a one-month wait, and as soon as I entered, someone who seemed to be a foreign patient or an influencer was filming. It seemed like there were far more Southeast Asian foreign patients, and it felt noisy and like a busy market. I was able to see the director after waiting an hour and a half longer than my appointment time. In contrast to the clinic atmosphere, the director was calm and explained things professionally and well. However, the fact that there are so many foreign patients and it feels too hectic has a big impact on the clinic’s image. Of course the director’s skill matters most, but… with three surgeries a day and many consultations too, I wonder whether they can focus on each patient, so I’m thinking it over in many ways.
