I had surgery in the summer, and it is already winter now ㄷㄷ.. After seeing my friend’s surgery, I got a consultation and thought I would do it around winter.. But after consulting with the director, I liked it so much that I impulsively went for it, and it has already been 5 months.. It has also been almost a month since I wrote a review because I was so happy looking in the mirror.. Time goes by so fast..
At first, I thought there was not much swelling, but looking at past photos, it definitely seems to have gone down a lot more now! Even comparing when I posted the review last month with now, the swelling has really gone down a lot, you know? On day 3 after surgery, my whole cheeks were really purple.. but at some point it all disappeared haha I feel good because my nasal line seems to be getting prettier little by little haha
My nostril asymmetry was quite severe, and I felt like my nose had a flared and blunt look, so I wanted to improve the overall line! I already had filler, so I had also considered just alar reduction, but I was told that if I only did alar reduction, the alar asymmetry could actually look more exaggerated, so I had surgery to improve it overall.
They told me that because my nasal bridge was low, putting in silicone would be more advantageous, so I decided to follow that advice. Seeing the line now, I think it was good that I listened haha People around me ask a lot how many millimeters of silicone I had inserted. Before surgery, they said it would be around 3-4 mm, and they also said they could adjust it during surgery within the range they had mentioned I had a slight hump, so that part was also operated on, and the nasal tip was refined through cartilage repositioning, using septal cartilage!
The aftercare was also very thorough, and I think it was even better because the director personally checked my progress! A few days ago, I went to the hospital for the final follow-up and thought of this on the way back, so I’m posting haha Those who saw my previous review will know, but my nose was really completely unattractive, and after surgery, of course it became prettier, but more than anything, I think I gained a lot of confidence.
