After my first surgery 20 years ago, I had revision surgery in 2019. I had ptosis correction, lowering of the line, lateral canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, and fat grafting to the upper eyelids. One line is too high, and due to over-fixation there is mucosal eversion. I had consultations at several places, and they all said my eyes were extremely difficult. There wasn’t a place I didn’t visit. They said double-line correction, retraction correction, and some improvement of mucosal eversion would be possible. The director seemed confident, and I liked this clinic the most among the ones I consulted.
