They recommended simply refining it or doing revision surgery rather than removing it. Since I wanted to address both the cosmetic aspect and making the nasal tip softer, the consultation definitely went in the direction of telling me to give up one of the two. I actually liked that they spoke clearly, but I guess I still want to find a clinic that can do both.
