I went for a consultation because of columellar retraction and visible nasal tip cartilage, and he said that if only the visible nasal tip cartilage is removed, it can be removed simply with a closed approach, and the cost was not very expensive either (under 2 million won). However, he said surgery for columellar retraction would require septal extension, so I did not choose it.
