I had revision under-eye fat repositioning There’s less swelling than the first surgery and the under-eye area looks cleaner, but after the first surgery, when I smiled, the aegyo-sal under my right eye and the grafted fat clumped together and looked strange, and it’s happening again now.. I guess it wasn’t removed properly during the revision Sigh.. I’m wondering if it might be scar tissue, so I’m looking into radiofrequency laser treatment for scar tissue.. If someone around me says they’re getting under-eye fat repositioning, unless they really have bulging under-eyes, I’m definitely not going to recommend it
