After <Gaam nose review> I had nose surgery at Gaam a full 20 years ago. They did it with Gore-Tex so naturally, then 7 years later I tied the nasal tip with ear cartilage, but only I know it.. Director Heo pursues naturalness so much that if you don’t have a bulbous nose, I think satisfaction would be high. When I only did the nasal tip 7 years ago, I was surprised that the surgery fee was free.
But,, I still don’t like my nasal tip, so recently I’ve been going around for consultations.
I went to two places, Simmi-an and Conopi, and I have a consultation reservation at Rococo. At Simmi-an, they suggested everything from osteotomy to internal nostril-wing reduction, but since it’s a reconstructive hospital, I think there are limits to the line.
The director at Conopi said I could just live as is ㅜㅜ He strongly recommended pulling out the columella, but since my face width is narrow and long, I’m hesitant.
Would it be better to pull out the columella from my nose? Please recommend a hospital or procedure method.
