I visited for a consultation about eye revision surgery. Even if you make a reservation and arrive on time, there tends to be a wait, so I waited a bit. Reception is on the 2nd floor, and consultations are on the 1st floor; it is a standalone building. They looked closely at the condition of my eyes and explained with before-and-after photos. They also explained my questions step by step and were kind.
