Lifting Reviews

Lifting that makes you keep doing it once you start.. hehe

Leaving this review for everyone who’s wondering whether they should try it too!

I’ve had Thermage several times. It suited me well. I liked the tightening effect where the skin feels firmly pulled in! Since it’s pricey, I’ve consistently done around 300 shots only, and the before-and-after difference wasn’t dramatic exactly, but there was definitely enough effect of making the skin firm and smooth.

This time, I also wanted to refine my facial contour line, so I added Ulthera too. Because I’d been doing Thermage, it’s not that I lacked elasticity, but Thermage alone felt a little insufficient for refining the contour line.

I’d always only used numbing cream before, but this time I did it under sedation anesthesia because it was 800 shots total! During the consultation, they said 600 shots would be for the whole face and the rest for the neck, and I liked that they explained in advance which areas would be treated and how. At the places I went before, I never heard this kind of explanation

Until now, I’d had Thermage done at different places each time (looking for places offering discounts) But this time I was also doing Ulthera, and if Ulthera is done incorrectly, it can cause cheek hollowing, so I found a proper dermatology clinic, had a consultation, and then received the procedure. I felt like it was a good decision. The places I’d gone to until now had care rooms where several people went in at once, but since the care room here was a private room, it was comfortable and nice It wasn’t noisy.

When I only did Thermage, I just had some heat sensation, but maybe because I did Ulthera together too, there’s still a little swelling left. It may also be because the shot count was on the higher side. Or maybe it’s because they delivered the shots properly. They say you usually start seeing the effect gradually after 3-4 weeks, and if I exclude the slight remaining swelling and pain, I’m satisfied even now. It feels like the blurred line is coming back to life Because of the cost issue I can’t do it often, but I think I’ll definitely end up doing it once in a while before important plans
