When I look at the before photos from before the surgery, it still doesn’t feel real In 2017, I recklessly wanted to improve my drooping arrow-shaped nose, so I had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic near my house using Gore-Tex and ear cartilage. During the consultation, the director listened to my opinions and matched the design to my face shape while looking at the CT images, and it was exactly the line I wanted. What especially impressed me was that, unlike other hospitals, I liked their refund system (just in case), and they also had a separate machine to check whether autologous costal cartilage could be used, so they examined me very thoroughly. Fortunately, I was told I could use autologous costal cartilage, so I safely had the surgery done well.
It’s now been 2 weeks since surgery. How does it look?! The long arrow-shaped nose feeling has definitely improved, and the nasal tip is slightly rounded and lifted, so the bulbous nose was corrected naturally too, and I think the line came out so elegantly My skin is on the thin side, so before surgery there was also a slight show-through at the nasal tip, but now that part has disappeared too, so I definitely think Dr. Park is good at noses
I still have a little bruising, so I’m diligently doing warm compresses and going on walks, and after surgery they’ve been thorough with aftercare too, like IV drips that help swelling go down faster, so I feel like the elegant line I wanted is settling quickly.
