The surgery before mine ran long, so I waited a bit. I got the impression that they perform surgery meticulously. I had consultations at several places, and this was the only one that recommended skin excision as well. When talking with the consultant, I mentioned the parts I was worried about, but without a specific explanation, they just spoke as if it couldn't be helped, so that was a bit disappointing. The cost was almost the highest among the places I consulted at.
