Before-surgery review - I decided to get facial contouring because my cheekbones protruded and I had a square jaw. My eye shape looked a little sharp, so I decided to get lateral canthoplasty with lower eyelid lowering, and I chose this clinic because I heard Dr. Seonghun was good at that procedure! I had my nose done 6 years ago, but over time the nasal tip drooped, so I decided to have surgery again.
After-surgery review - I had facial contouring + revision rhinoplasty + lateral canthoplasty with lower eyelid lowering + fat grafting under general anesthesia, and because of the facial contouring, I had drains and stayed in the hospital for one day. Days 1 to 3 were the most painful, and after that there wasn’t really any pain. Until week 1, my whole face felt uncomfortable overall, and the swelling still hadn’t gone down, so I was very swollen, but now at week 2, the swelling has gone down to some extent. Because of the facial contouring, below my lower lip still feels like it’s been numbed at the dentist? It’s still a bit uncomfortable, and eating is also a little uncomfortable! The scar marks from the lateral canthoplasty with lower eyelid lowering are still red, but they’re gradually improving. After getting lateral canthoplasty with lower eyelid lowering, my eyes definitely look bigger than before surgery and my impression looks gentler, so I like it. My nose tip doesn’t droop anymore and it came out in the shape I wanted, so I’m extremely satisfied! My cheekbones don’t protrude, and my jaw definitely seems slimmer, but I think more swelling still needs to go down.
