The consultation manager and the doctor were both kind for starters, and they clearly told me what was possible and what wasn’t. Since my nose is very low, autologous costal cartilage was recommended, but I haven’t considered rib cartilage, so I’m putting it on hold for now Still, they did the consultation properly, so if there aren’t any other clinics that appeal to me, I’m considering doing it here.
