I’m not sure about being friendly, but I liked that they clearly told me what I needed to do and what I didn’t need to do. I originally went to get salivary gland Botox, but they said I didn’t need it and that my neck looked thick, so they recommended Neck Slim and trapezius Botox, and I got them. I’m very satisfied with the results. Neck Slim wasn’t something I had planned at all, so when I asked a few questions, they sent me back to hear the explanation again from the manager, which felt a bit off. The doctor should be the one explaining it themselves; anyway, if it were a major surgery, I think it would be hard to trust them and leave it to them, but for injection procedures, I’m satisfied with the results, so I think I’ll go again.
