I was really worried about swelling because I had an incision and posterior lower canthoplasty too, but it was the worst on the day of surgery, and I’m relieved that it seems to be going down more and more. I went for a walk today too, and I’ve been really diligent with cold compresses. I do think the lengths on both sides from the posterior lower canthoplasty are a bit different, but I’m going to be satisfied with this much!
