First of all, I had consultations with both directors, one for the transaxillary incision and one for the inframammary fold incision. From the start, I was also unsure about the surgical incision site, and the friend who went to consultations with me wanted a different incision site, so we both had consultations together! I decided in the end to proceed with the transaxillary incision. The director’s personality was calm, and they spoke softly, so there were some parts I couldn’t hear very well, but if I asked again, they explained kindly!! And they seemed very confident about the surgery, so I think I booked here without much hesitation.
