The head director here communicates well during the procedure. He keeps asking more questions. Are there any areas that bother you more? If there are, he performs the procedure more thoroughly, and you can also ask him to raise the intensity further. (The fact that the procedure can be done at the intensity you want is a major strength.)
However, after the procedure, there is no aftercare service such as applying anesthetic cream or a soothing pack afterward; they only give you ointment.
