For my first surgery, I had surgery using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but my nasal tip gradually drooped... The nasal bridge was raised with silicone, so it was high, but because the nasal tip drooped, my image felt completely strange. I received consultations at several places, and I liked this place the most, so I had surgery there. I also liked a more glamorous image, and maybe because this clinic is known for glamorous and naturally glamorous noses, from the first consultation they recommended exactly the line I wanted, and the surgery also came out exactly as the line we talked about during the consultation. I knew that the director’s hand technique is really important in plastic surgery, but while getting this revision rhinoplasty, I truly felt it properly. I like my current line so much that I want to live with this nose for the rest of my life.
