If you’re worried about swelling, definitely get an injection or take lots of walks! Around the one-month mark, one side still felt quite puffy, so I visited for a follow-up, and they gave me an injection. The effect from the very day I got it was insane... Also, go hiking. Hiking is seriously the best... + I also added a pre-op photo so you can compare it with before surgery.
