Review 2 years after breast revision surgery

My first surgery was overseas around 2009 (my memory is hazy lol) 350 cc, cohesive gel, inframammary incision That’s how I had it done, but the gap between my breasts was too wide, so I had revision surgery.

January 2020 ID Plastic Surgery, Shin In-seok, Motiva, 8.8 million won, 450 cc Since I was doing it anyway, I increased the size too.

Before surgery, my inframammary incision scar was so severe that I asked if they could reduce the scar, and they said it was possible, but what a joke, it didn’t improve at all ㅠㅠ I said I was getting revision surgery because the gap between my breasts was too wide, but the gap is still way too wide.

Before surgery, I said the nipple position was important and asked them to place it exactly in the center of the highest point of the implant from any angle, but ㅡㅡ; it is shifted to the side. From the front, it looks like it is centered, but this is the mistake doctors make. The rib cage is not flat, so if the areola is in the exact center of the breast, of course that means the implant has spread outward. Ha ㅜㅜ

They said it would look better if fat grafting was done into the area between the breasts, so they checked whether there was any fat to take from my thighs or abdomen, but at the time I was extremely thin, so there was no fat at all and fat grafting was impossible.

I persuaded a close older friend to go with me and have it done together (it was her first surgery), and she also said her breasts were too far apart, that it felt like one breast was under her armpit.. ㅠㅠ I feel so sorry for taking her there for no reason ㅠㅠ

She also had an inframammary incision, but her scar really does not show. If you look closely, it is just slightly there, like a very thin pencil line.

What was amazing was that there was truly no pain at all. After my first surgery, it hurt so, so much that I couldn’t even bring myself to consider revision surgery, and they say revision surgery definitely hurts less because the muscle has already been cut… but even so, it didn’t hurt, really did not hurt at all. Amazing…

Anyway.. I guess I’ll live like this and have to get surgery again in about 10 years ㅠㅠ
