Good facilities, staff friendliness was so-so, and there was about a 30-minute wait. I had a consultation with Director Seo, and maybe because I had a lot of questions and asked many things, unlike the reviews, he answered very carefully without feeling rushed at all. He clearly explained the reasons why the areas I was concerned about had occurred and the ways to improve them, and even showed photos of similar cases, so my trust shot up. Personally, the director’s nose line is totally my taste, but there are sometimes negative reviews too, so I’m torn. The consultant was.... haha If I do it, I’d really just be going by trusting the director’s aesthetic sense.
