The consultant was extremely kind, and the director was also extremely kind. More than anything, I felt I could trust them. I went through a friend’s recommendation, and after seeing my nose, they immediately understood my complex and gave a very detailed consultation on what should be done. Even though I asked quite a lot of questions, they answered everything well without showing any annoyance.
